Clement Conservation Rooflights chosen for church renovation featured on TV

This abandoned Methodist Church was originally built in 1903. Our clients purchased it as an exciting and challenging renovation project. Their aim was to preserve the church’s original features and character wherever possible. They have succeeded in doing this and have also made an unusual but beautiful home for themselves.

The bedrooms were built within the pitched roof on a new mezzanine floor. Four Clement Conservation Rooflights in a slate profile were installed to bring natural light and fresh air into the building. A combination of Clement 4 and side hung escape rooflights were ordered, all with brass thumb winders.

Blinds were fitted to stop the light coming in at times when it wasn’t needed!

An episode of the property renovation show ‘Derelict Rescue’ featured the project. This is still available to view on The Discovery Channel.

The client said: “Clement Windows have been incredible from start to finish. The quality of their products are superb and the windows often receive many compliments. Very impressed. I would highly recommend them to anyone.”
