Clement at the Building Awards 2017

The Clement Windows Group were thrilled to sponsor the Small Project of the Year (up to £5m) category at this year’s Building Awards, which took place at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel on Tuesday 8th November.  Bennetts Associates beat a shortlist of ten nominees and scooped the award for their Shaftesbury Theatre project.  Hosted by James Nesbit the evening was a huge success.

The winner of Small Project of the Year category was chosen according to standards of design, sustainability, innovation, construction performance and procurement and team work with the client – all values which Clement prize highly.

Bennetts Associates beat a shortlist of ten nominees including Make Architects, Morgan Sindall, PRP and Max Fordham and scooped the award for their Shaftesbury Theatre project.  Sarah Wigglesworth Architects were highly commended for Mellor Primary School.

Hosted by James Nesbit and with entertainment from Jo Caulfield, Boogie Storm and the Collaborative Orchestra, the evening was a huge success.
