COVID-19 and World Economic Factors

You will be aware of the COVID-19 virus issue that has and will continue to face many countries around the world and the uncertainties this has brought to individual organisations and their ability to operate normally whether it be manufacture, delivery, installation, or interaction with people. We have established methods of working over the last 2 years and the basis of operation introduced will be continued in a manner which takes into account HM Government’s directives and guidance and safeguards individuals’ interests.

At the present time we are not seeing any impact on our manufacturing operation and product range given our stockholdings and the assurances provided by suppliers of raw materials and componentry. Delivery from our factory units is able to take place, however there is disruption to supplies because of the shortages in certain commodities, materials, delivery drivers and potentially other matters caused by the Russian attack on Ukraine.

Delivery from our factory units and our installation services are continuing as normal given how we operate those services, but whilst we see no immediate problem we believe it is important that all parties recognise that there could be some unforeseen event which causes disruption.

For all the above reasons, businesses have to be cautious and plan activities very carefully given a possible change in circumstances. We plan to manufacture, deliver, and install work on the basis that we are able to carry out work without any impact from such matters and at the same time maintain the essential disciplines introduced in response to the COVID virus. We will continue to keep matters under review and update this note should the circumstances of any of the above change.
